From Exhausted to Exalted!

My dearest family,

If your heart is weary and your body aches, it is time for change. The dawn of a new age is here. The long-held judgments with which you incarnated, and the lost parts of your soul are crying for attention and relief. The old paradigm of victim, perpetrator and rescuer must finally end. The new paradigm is one of cooperation and co creation where there is a common vision that guides all from one simple question: “What would love choose here?”

There is an image in your consciousness and in your memory of what would be that perfection. One means for remembering and invoking that unsullied dream is to pray for all of you to be restored to your original signature of grace. Whether you reach for Buddha, Christ, Jehovah, Atman, or any name that holds the holiness you revere, ask that you feel again the wholeness and innocence you came to embody.

As the energy shifts and the new arrives, greet the lost parts of your being with love and forgiveness. Embrace all of you and feel the joy and peace this new fullness brings. Know that the world around you will now shift and change to match the frequency of light you now carry.

Another practice to bring the outer world into the balance you seek is a Hawaiian ritual of forgiveness and reconciliation known as “ho’oponopono”. This simple practice recognizes another spiritual law, “as within so without.” Simply repeat these four sentences with love and as your prayer: I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

No one and nothing is “other”. All is one. As you do this, you are weaving a tapestry of love for yourself and for the earth. The wholeness you create becomes part of the earth’s new memory and field of light. You will feel how your intention and practice bring healing, and your energy body will then reflect this higher frequency.

Weave ho’ponopono my beloveds. Build the models of love and union in every place you touch. Heal the places on the earth where neglect and devastation have exemplified the chasms of separation and destruction.

Do this for me and for you and for all who choose to devote their energy to a more beautiful world. Let all find manna and shelter that this may be a world built from love and dedicated to healing all that has kept you from the grace you came to share.
