Be Still and Know

Be Still and Know. This is not an idle phrase. Be Still and Know. This is the essence of peace. Be still and Know. There is a way, and you will find it. Be Still and Know. I am with you. In the midst of your pain, there is an answer. In the midst of confusion, there still exists a quiet place. All that is required is your willingness and a choice to be still. In this sacred pause, your light will illuminate the cause of your confusion, and you will know that you are free to choose a more loving path.

I have come to remind you that you are a holy being in a human life. You are a radiant angel with heavenly wings walking amidst the splendors of an earth that is so beautiful and precious, of all the planets, we chose this place to birth the light of love.

I have come to remind you of your soul’s promise and to lift the loneliness you have endured as you searched for the food that would nourish your light. It is time, dear ones, it is time. As you have walked upon this earth and felt the wonders and endured the pain, you grew. You have found treasures in your life, along with disappointment and disillusionment. Now it is time to bring the greatest treasure you will ever know, to life. This treasure is your true nature; the vast wealth of your expression, the abundance of your light, and the transformative alchemy of the most precious substance of all; your soul’s love.

Take the time to find stillness in your day and to sit with the Presence of Light that feeds you. Sit with a candle. Sit with lovely music. Sit in the cathedral or the forest or the church down the road. Sit with your mind still and your heart open. Listen to what comes and once you are filled with love, walk on and offer it wherever you are guided.

It is time and I am with you.
